Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite feeling small like a dorm room, were excellent with ample space and clothes storage. The service was somewhat lacking in nightclub access assistance, but staff were ready to assist in other ways. The location, right across the beach, was perfect for those looking to enjoy South Beach nightlife, even though some facilities were closed. The dining options were a bit skimpy, but having jam available added a nice touch.
I stayed at the hotel and found the location fantastic, right in the heart of South Beach with easy access to everything. The rooms were cozy with a lovely balcony view of the pool area, although they may feel cramped with multiple people. The constant lights and DJ music until early morning were a downside.
The Miami hotel rooms were not that big but weren't really loud, which was cool. However, there wasn't an actual shower cubicle, and the small size made the bed uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, and their entertainment was phenomenal.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, they were horribly small, and you could hear neighbors' conversations. The total charges added up to almost $350, which was a bit pricey. The service provided by Chad and the staff was very nice and helpful, showing us around and even the cool c-level roof deck bar. However, they were not consistently helpful. The location was awesome, close to the beach and perfect for food and parties, but the dining experience was lackluster with industrial food served in plastic dishes and it was quite a walk away from the main hotel. Despite some flaws, the hotel has a prime spot on the ocean since 1999 and is in the center of everything.
